0-100mA? I have not come across such an analog output type.

Anyway, you can convert the 0-20mA to a voltage signal first by charging the current into a resistor. E.g. a 500 ohm resistor will convert 0-20mA current into 0-10V output. Then you need to find a voltage-to-current converter circuit that can convert the input voltage into 0-100mA current output. Check out some practical opAmps circuit reference book and you may find such a circuit or at least learn the principle for you to design a circuit that can handle 0-100mA.
