1) There is no need for baud rate setting because TL33E.exe software does automatic baud rate setting.

2) Are you running the TL33E.exe in a DOS prompt box under windows? It wouldn't work properly in DOS prompt although the M-series may appear to work with TL41.exe under windows. Please reboot into pure DOS mode and try again. Note that DOS prompt definitely will not work if run under Windows NT or Windows 2000.

3) Is there other programs (such as TLServer) currently occupying the serial port #1 or #2?

4) Was the correct serial port (#1 or #2) selected in the communication setup?

: Hi there, I have an E10-Relay PLC...i'm trying to load a program through the adaptor from the Host's serial port...the TLE33 program continues to tell me that there is no response from the Controller...I noticed that on the manual, there is no information about BAUD rate settings, etc.... Is there something that i'm doing wrong?
